Returns Policy

While we will make every effort to fulfill your expectations of our products we are aware that there are valid reasons why items do not sometimes work out. If you wish to return an item that you have purchased from our website please adhere to the following:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Our contact details are info@ilovelovelove.com or phone 086 7393927 . You must let us know the item purchased, the order number, your phone number and the reason the item is being returned. The original invoice must be returned with the package you are returning. The item needs to be returned to us within 7 days of contacting us.

The item must be in the original condition that it was sent out in with any tags attached.

We do not refund shipping charges, and you will be responsible for all transaction charges issued by Paypal.

We will e-mail you as soon as the return has been processed and credit the full amount ex-shipping.

Should you wish, we can organize for our courier service to pick up your returns :

Within Ireland - 10.00

UK and Europe  - 25.00

Rest of world  - 30.00

At ilovelovelove.com we aim to deliver your purchases within 24/48hours of placing your order. These estimated delivery timings are to be used as a guide and ilovelovelove should not be held responsible should there be a delay in your delivery.
